What you can expect from me as your agent
First, you get my commitment to your best interests. I'll help you find a home in the price range and neighborhood you're comfortable with. I'll help you with contract negotiations, arrange for inspections and any repairs, locate a mortgage lender, and arrange for the survey, home warranty, and title work. All the way up to closing, I'll be the point of contact among you and all the other parties involved.

Let's work together
Without a signed agreement, the buyer's agent technically works for the seller, since my commission typically comes from the seller at closing. Please be ready to work with me at the beginning of our home search so I can represent you fully. If you would like to review the simple one-page agreement I use, let me know, and I'll send it to you.
I can also show you homes for sale by owner (FSBOs) and new homes, representing you with the builder in the subdivision you choose. Home builders rely on agents to bring them buyers, and I will be working for you throughout the construction process to make sure they build your home right.
I represent investors, too
If you're a real estate investor, San Antonio should be on top of your list. With a brisk rental market, growing economy, and low cost of living, investment properties such as single-family homes, condos, and multi-family properties are very affordable. I suppose we were asleep when the settlement actually occurred in San Antonio and I imagine you don't have too many buyers who sleep through settlement! Then again, you probably don't have too many buyers who live on the other side of the world.
